Pricing Questions
How does the free trial work?
Every new company gets 14 days of Pro with no card needed. When the trial ends your company moves to Free, unless you subscribe to Pro from Plan and Billing.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Pro costs $99 a month or $990 a year, which is 2 months free. Switch from Plan and Billing whenever you like.
What happens when I cancel?
Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your company moves to Free.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. Cancel any time to stop the next renewal.
Does the One-time payment count toward Pro?
Yes. Upgrade to Pro within 30 days of your One-time purchase and the $179 you paid comes off your Pro invoices.
